Circular knitting machines from Taiwan — Jiunn Long and Fakuhama — run rib fabric with lycra attachment, single jersey, pique polo across a range of dias, plus interlock in various dias with lycra.

Both open and tubular fabric finishing lines run in-house, so finish can be matched to buyer spec rather than compromised for machine availability. All equipment runs on modern, world-class lines.

A dedicated 20,000 sq.ft printing floor, staffed by 120 people, runs screen printing and heat-transfer work across long production tables — built to keep placement, coverage and colour matching consistent at volume.

Eight cutting machines across three cutting tables feed 35 sewing lines — 1,085 machines in total, at roughly 31 machines per line — running basic and heavy T-shirts, fancy T-shirts, polo shirts, tank tops, bottoms, jackets and hoodies.
